2011 Futurity Payment Dates
All payments must be made on time to continue. Forms must be completely and correctly filled out or your animals may not be included. Please contact the office with any questions.
If you are late on a sustaining payment, please contact the office. The late penalty will be accessed at $100 per day, per animal, for the first 14 days and then it will go to $250 per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment.
If you are late on the March 15th payment and the naming of the animal, the late penalty will be $250 per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment.
August 15, 2009 1st Payment - $50
December 15, 2009 2nd Payment - $50
March 15, 2010 $100.00 Payment - DNA submitted/Bulls must be
named.
June 15, 2010 $200 Payment
September 15, 2010 $200 Payment
December 15, 2010 $200 Payment
March 15, 2011 $200 Payment
May 15, 2011 $500.00 -Event entry form must be submitted
Total Nomination Fees $1,500.00
Supplemental entry fee may be paid at entry for the event by May 15, 2011.
NOTE: All payments must be accompanied by an AHF payment form. A separate check or money order is required for each bull.
ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE IN THE ABBI OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE. LATE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
