A supplemental entry fee per bull may be paid prior to entries closing for the event on May 15th, 2012.
ALL Payments must be received in the ABBI office by 5:00 pm (MST) on the due date. Late payments will not be accepted for the Purchase of Spots.
*Late Sustaining Payment Option - If you are late on a sustaining payment, please contact the office. The late penalty will be accessed at $100 per day, per animal, for the first 14 days and then it will go to $250 per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment deadline.
**Late Nomination Payment Option - If you are late on the March 15th payment and the naming of the animal, the late penalty will be $250 per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment deadline.
If a spot is sold during the payment schedule, the previous owner must have all payments up to date and must notify the office in writing of the transfer of ownership. Transferring an animal in the registry does not automatically transfer the spot.
