(Total nomination fee if all payments are made ontime and parents verified in the registry by May 15, 2013)

♦ A supplemental entry fee of $25,000.00 per bull may be paid prior to entries closing for the event on May 15th, 2013. This supplemental fee does not apply to any bulls that are paid up through the payment program.
 

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE TO AVOID LATE FEES.

* Late Sustaining Payment Option - If you are late on a sustaining payment, please contact the office.  The late penalty will be accessed at $100.00 per day, per animal, for the first 14 days and then it will go to $250.00 per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment deadline.

**Late Nomination Payment Option - If you are late on the March 15th payment and the naming of the animal, the late penalty will be $250.00per day, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment deadline. 

 

If a SPOT or NOMINATION is SOLD
during the payment schedule, the previous owner must have all payments up to date and must notify the office in writing of the transfer of ownership.  Transferring the animal in the registry does NOT automatically transfer the AHF spot.
